Training Intended For
All persons working in a food service environment. This includes bar & restaurant staff, kitchen helpers, all those handling food as well as staff distributing meals.
The specific aim of this course is to equip all staff working in a food service environment with a sound knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
A general Introduction to Food Hygiene.
Equipment and Pest Control
Cleaning and Disinfecting
This course is taught over a 1 day period, at the end of which a multiple choice examination takes place.
