Candidates enrolling on the course are issued with a course manual. This is read and a work based project completed in the candidatesí own time. This is forwarded to Pinnacle for assessment. On completion of the project candidates are issued with a Pinnacle certificate providing proof of training.
All candidates will be supported by a friendly tutor backed help line which may be used to access learner support.
SAFETY PRACTICES IN THE CARE SETTING
This course equips students with the knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety issues surrounding Risk Assessment, COSHH and Manual Handling.
Candidates will study theoretical aspects as well as engaging in the practice and processes involved in risk assessment and manual handling.
